Purchasing from a picture online can be scarry, but I couldn't be more pleased with my two new rugs...they are gorgeous! After spending the last two months searching for rugs for our great room, buying and returning several times at various rug sites, I want to commend you and your company, especially Tabitha in customer service, for all the help that I have received. I'm sure it is hard to get the correct colors from the pictures on the computer but there was no other company willing to give any help in pinning down the colors in the rugs. Tabitha checked with the warehouse and was able to tell me the correct colors and even the fact that the two rugs from the 828 International Greenville collection were companion rugs with the same colors throughout. I had purchased one of the rugs earlier in the month and because of her help, I was able to find the right rug to compliment it and finish my room. I love the look and I would recommend your company to anyone who is searching for rugs.
